Questions, brand suggestions, data corrections, partnership inquiries, or press requests: we read every email that comes in and reply to almost all of them.

ProteinPrice.com is a small, independent team that tracks protein powder, bar, and drink prices across 12 US retailers. We are not a brand, a marketing agency, or a paid review site. If you have a question about a price, a request to add a product, or a story idea, the easiest way to reach us is one email address: it lands in the right inbox no matter the topic.

How to reach us

All inbound communication goes through email. We do not maintain a phone line, live chat, or social DM channel for support: those formats make it hard to track requests and even harder to verify product data. Email keeps us honest and creates a paper trail when we update prices, fix bugs, or pursue brand suggestions.

For press, partnership, and media inquiries specifically, we keep a dedicated overview at /press/ with our preferred format, available assets, and a short list of topics we are usually happy to comment on. You can email the same address above and mention "press" in the subject line.

What we respond to

We try to reply to anything that touches the catalog, the methodology, or the editorial side of the site. Examples of messages that always get a response:

  • Price corrections. If the price we show on a product page disagrees with what the retailer is charging right now, send the product URL and the retailer URL. We will re-scrape and reconcile.
  • Brand and product suggestions. If we are missing a brand or a specific size or flavor, tell us. We add new SKUs in weekly batches.
  • Calculation questions. If a Value Score or grams-per-dollar number looks wrong, we can show you the math and explain how the inputs were derived.
  • Methodology, editorial, and factual feedback. If a blog post, comparison, or guide contains an error, or simply could be clearer, we want to know.
  • Partnership and press. Affiliate programs, brand outreach, journalist questions, podcast or radio bookings.
  • Accessibility issues. If something on the site is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or smaller display, that is a bug worth fixing.

No, we can't help

  • Sell protein powder directly (we are a comparison site)
  • Process refunds or returns (contact the retailer)
  • Give personalized medical or nutrition advice
  • Recommend products in exchange for payment
  • Place sponsored content in rankings or guides

We are a comparison resource, not a retailer. If you bought a product from one of the stores we link to and the order is delayed, damaged, or wrong, the retailer is the right contact: their customer service team has access to your order and the merchant relationship that we do not. We are also not registered dietitians or physicians: nothing on the site is medical advice, and we will not recommend products for specific health conditions over email.

Response time

We aim to reply to most messages within one to two business days. Data-correction emails that include the product URL and retailer URL are typically resolved within 24 hours: the moment we can reproduce the issue, the system queue takes care of the fix on its next run. Partnership and press inquiries can take a little longer, particularly during product-launch weeks. If you have not heard back after a week, feel free to resend the email.
